- God's Promises is a non-profit mission organization that began with the adoption of a 3 year old boy from Guatemala. His family fell in love with not only him, but his country as well. From 2006 to the present this organization has grown into people from all over the USA meeting to help different orphanages, villages and families in Guatemala.
- In 2016 God provided a building in Benton to begin local mission work as well as international. We now help not only those children and families in other countries, but also here in our own community by providing food, clothing, prayer and connection to other area resources.

Why Should Donate?Why Donate?
Though the United States has many government programs to help those in need, our welfare system is very difficult to get OUT of. Our mission here at God's Promises is to "help others help themselves". Many of our clients do not receive governmental assistance due to the fact they are actually independent and have a job. However, a low paying job oftentimes does not take care of all the needs of a family. That is where we try to "fill in the cracks" where the family is having difficulty making ends meet as well as helping keep their heads above water so they do not have to go on govertnmental assistance. Most of our aid is short-term. If more intense assistance is needed we are able to provide resources to that client. Those who donate to God's Promises help us provide the necessary means for our clients to remain self-sufficient as well as restore self-esteem. Will you help? |
